On 09.07.2007, an agreement was signed for the acquisition of M&R Marking Systems, Inc., a company in the PNC Venture Corp portfolio, by Trodat Marking Products Inc. This means that Trodat has purchased one of the most significant US producers of stamp components and accessories.

Trodat Marking Products, Inc. has acquired M&R Marking Systems, Inc., a portfolio company of PNC Venture Corp. The transaction became effective on July 12, 2007. This transaction brings two of the world's most successful rubber stamp suppliers together as one company.

Trodat is the largest supplier of components and supplies to Rubber Stamp Manufacturers throughout the world. Trodat’s Printy and Professional brands are widely recognized for their appealing design and exceptional quality.

M&R Marking Systems is the leading supplier of rubber stamp components and accessories in the United States. M&R’s Ideal products have been the brand of choice among Rubber Stamp Manufacturers in the U.S for many years.
