| IDEAL System 1020 A versatile platemaking & contact negative system designed for efficiency and productivity Plate Size: Any size up to 9"x12" (A4) System Functions: The versatile System 1020 exposure system is designed to process liquid photopolymers, and contact daylight negatives. With an optional vacuum table adapter sheet photopolymers can also be exposed. The heavy duty System 1020 is precision engineered for many years of high quality performance. 110V 60hz (220v 50hz also available) Stainless Steel (INOX) SPECIAL FEATURES Platemaking Made Easy: A convenient, easy to use exposure frame sits inside the machine. This allows you to prepare your liquid photopolymer plate in the machine. This saves counter space as the machine is your work center. An air pressure removal system easily dissipates any air bubbles which may occur in the photopolymer. Exposure System: Three precision Omron® timers simultaneously control the upper and lower exposure bulbs. A third timer controls the post exposure process. The background timer also controls the exposure of the contact negatives. Two sets of exposure bulbs provide the background exposure, relief exposure, post exposure, and contact negative exposure. Post Exposure System: A large post exposure drawer features an internal, removable post exposure tray which is glass covered to contain the post exposure solution. Contact Negative System: On top of the machine a contact frame provides an exposure area to make daylight contact negatives (IDEAL Daylight AQ). The contact frame is separate from the photopolymer work area. This helps you keep the contact exposure area clean. Modular Components Are Easily Removed: The system's electrical components are installed with "plug in" connectors for easy repair, if necessary. IDEAL 2100 Washout Computer Controlled Washout System Plate Size: Up to 12" x 17" (A3) This washout system provides thorough and quick washouts. The water in the washout section is re-circulated by the oscillating motion of the plate holder. System Functions: The time and temperature functions are computer controlled and monitored, for accuracy. This is the same washout system that is integrated into our System 2200. (110v 50/60hz) stainless steel (INOX) Modular Components Are Easily Removed: The system's electrical components are installed with "plug in" connectors for easy repair, if necessary. IDEAL System 1004 Computer Controlled Sheet Photopolymer Platemaking System Plate Size: Any size up to A4 System Functions: Exposure with vacuum table, washout, and dryer (220v 50/60hz) Stainless Steel (INOX) washout section. Versatile Processing Features: The plate exposure system is designed to process metal backed or plastic backed sheet polymers up to A4 size. Special Features Exposure System: A vacuum system is built into the exposure drawer. This holds the cover film down over the negative when making sheet photopolymer or contact negatives. There are three timers that precisely control the exposure process. Two of the timers control the relief exposure and background exposure (for plastic backed photopolymer). A third timer controls the post exposure process. Washout System: The washout system provides thorough and quick washouts. The water in the washout section is recirculated by the oscillating motion of the plate holder. Dryer Section: The dryer drawer is used to dry the washed out photopolymer plate. Bulb Life Indicators: The microprocessor system keeps an internal memory of the bulb life. This helps you determine when it is time to replace your bulbs. Modular Components Are Easily Removed: The system's electrical components, pumps and motors are installed with "plug in" connectors for easy repair, if necessary. Customize 9 of Your Own Programs: The microprocessor controlled keyboard allows the user to set up to nine customized programs for all time and temperature functions. You can set these programs to fit your own special processing needs. IDEAL System 1200 A versatile computer controlled platemaking system designed for efficiency and productivity Plate Size: Any size up to 9"x12" (A4) System Functions: Exposure, washout, post exposure, dryer, polymer warming cabinet, and light table for checking the quality of your negatives. (220v 50/60hz) Stainless Steel (INOX) The System 1200 is controlled by a microprocessor logic system that monitors all functions. Each function has a digital timer. If temperature is involved, a separate digital temperature controller allows you to accurately monitor the function. Versatile Processing Features: The plate exposure system is designed to process liquid polymer, and in conjunction with a second washout system (System 2100) can process sheet or plastic backed sheet polymers. (The second washout system would be needed because of the differences in washout solution used in liquid and metal backed polymer processes). Special Features Exposure System: A vacuum system is built into the lower glass plate of the exposure system. This holds the cover film down to the lower glass when making liquid or sheet polymer. An air pressure removal system is included to remove any bubbles that may occur in the photopolymer. There are three timers that control the exposure process. Two of the timers simultaneously control the upper and lower exposure bulbs. A third timer controls the post exposure process. The glass plates in the exposure system are spring loaded to automatically adjust to any preset thickness up to 0.275"(7mm). Thickness changes are made simple by using our unique, interchangeable thickness posts. In just seconds the thickness posts can be changed to a different die thickness. A large warming cabinet controls the temperature of the photopolymer year round. Photopolymer is very hard to work with when it gets cold. You will find this a very useful feature. When the photopolymer is warmed to 95F (35C), it is significantly easier to work with. Washout System: The washout system provides thorough and quick washouts. The water in the washout section is recirculated by the oscillating motion of the plate holder. Post Exposure and Dryer Section: The post exposure drawer is glass covered to keep your machine clean. It was designed for easy access and fast water changes. The dryer drawer is used to dry the washed out photopolymer plate. This function is optional with liquid polymers, but necessary with sheet polymers. Bulb Life Indicators: The microprocessor system keeps an internal memory of the bulb life. This helps you determine when it is time to replace your bulbs.
