| IDEAL® i40 Ideal i40 offers the proper surface energy to attract water-based inks, such as those used in stamps, as well as other flexographic printing inks. Excellent resilience and tensile strength make it one of the strongest 40A durometer photopolymers available. This is highly recommended for stamps, as it is soft enough to pick up ink on large bold images, yet resilient enough to offer excellent definition on smaller characters. Suggested uses for Ideal i40: Rubber stamps, labels, tags, pre-print liners, multi-wall bags as well as a variety of flexible packaging applications. The tack free surface and high resilience allow flexographic printers to perform longer and faster press runs without stopping for plate clean up. IDEAL® i50 Ideal i50 offers the proper surface energy to attract water-based inks, such as those used in stamps as well as other flexographic printing inks. This polymer is recommended for stamp applications with very small, fine detail such as small type fonts and kanji fonts. Excellent resilience and tensile strength make it one of the strongest 50A durometer photopolymers available. Suggested uses for Ideal i50: Rubber stamps, labels, tags, preprint liners, multi-wall bags, envelopes, paperboard, film as well as a variety of flexible packaging applications. The tack free surface and high resilience allow flexographic printers to perform longer and faster press runs without stopping for plate clean up. IDEAL® iHP The Ideal iHP is a hard, 95A+ durometer photopolymer for use in making molding masters. This is an economical alternative to metal backed photopolymer plates. Ideal iHP has been designed with the proper tensile strength and resilience under heat and pressure to transfer excellent detail into your matrix board. The high heat resistance and excellent strength provides the ability to re-use a properly imaged plate several times. The durometer, resilience and tensile strength make it one of the strongest hard durometer pattern plate photopolymers available. Suggested uses for Ideal iHP: Pattern plate masters for molding into matrix boards, engraving masters and so much more. |
